How This Site Works

Three columns work together to present a lot of information. The center column initially contains recent posts starting with the newest. Rifqa Wins Stay of Execution

The ruling today is that Rifqa Bary stays in Florida for now and John Stemberger stays her lawyer.  The judge has set a date for mediation and the next hearing will be on September 29th.  The situation is not settled, but the immediate threat of returning Rifqa to Ohio to be exported to Sri Lanka and possibly murdered there by her father is delayed.  For a little background in the case, watch this video from CBN News:
